Regnet.ai retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, interfaces, analytical tools, design, and datasets.

5.2 No Transfer of Ownership

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of any Regnet.ai intellectual property and provides only the limited rights described in these Terms.

5.3 Data Compilation Rights

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made in reliance on information obtained through the Platform.

While Regnet.ai seeks to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Platform may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material.

8. Subscription, Billing & Payment

Access to the Service may be provided through Free, Trial, Paid, or Enterprise plans.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless otherwise specified.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Users must not disclose confidential or non-public information obtained through the Platform except where disclosure is required by law.

This obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available or is independently obtained without confidentiality obligations.

10. Data Security & Account Responsibility

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

18. Termination

Users may terminate their Account at any time. Paid subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period.

Regnet.ai may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required to protect the security or integrity of the Platform. Regnet.ai may suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a user has breached these Terms, attempted to misuse the Platform, or where continued access may harm the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Service.
